    Ordered a Western Digital solid state hard drive for my PS3. It arrived on time, & works properly so far. The seller has the item listed as new condition, but I received a used one. Didn t come in original packaging, and showed signs of use. Contacted the seller, claimed that an agent used the wrong ad to list the hard drive. Seller refunded half my money and let me keep the hard drive, which was appreciated. Hopefully they update the ad to USED for future purchasers.

    Seller sent a different item than listed, when questioned about the mix up they gave me some story about how the two items were the same but somehow “different from the factory batch”. The only reason I am leaving positive feedback is because they refunded my money. Sketchy at best, buyer beware.

    Highly recommend this seller. Package was reported as damaged durring shipping and they shipped another immidiatley. They included the SAS cables, at no charge, as a token of good faith. They were a pleasure to deal with. Sellers cant do anything to improve logistic operations and accidents do happen. A+++. I will be buying from them again.

    Sent the correct PCIE card but the wrong variant - I ordered the low profile version. Seller says they will send me a low profile bracket. I have yet to receive it yet, but assuming I do get it, I’ll consider it a satisfactory solution. That said, based on other reviews this seller could benefit from a little more attention to detail as my experience is far from the only one. Good seller overall
