Refurb Ninja produces ultra high quality, commercial grade computer systems for users of every type. These computers have been fully refurbished by a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher.

-Our computers are put through a rigorous testing procedure to make sure it functions as if it was straight out of the factory.

- We inspect every component on the computer's motherboard including its capacitors. Repairing this could be more than the price you paid for the computer itself.

- Beyond the thorough testing, we also completely erase all of the previous owner's information to Department of Defense Standards. We do this to ensure the Hard Drive is completely blank and free of any possible harmful files left behind.

-We install a fresh and legally licensed version of Microsoft Windows.

    It is MOSTLY as described. I'm going to assume there was a bit of a miscommunication in that no OS meant it has no storage at all. you have to provide your own m.2 nvme. Then again maybe I just didn't read it fully. Other then that I'm happy with it. It's in good condition. Good price for what it is. No scratches or cosmetic damage. And it did boot into a Linux iso, so it seems to work.
