When I selected the wrong shipping address, they were understanding, and reposted the product within 24 hours. I was able to re-submit my offer, it was accepted, and the product was delivered within 5 days. I'll update this when I get to using the laptop. Box was damaged with holes and crushing but was packed well by seller so no damage to item. This is not a knock on seller but on USPS. Seller=10/10, shipper=5/10.
