Items came packaged well and in great condition, exactly as advertised. However I would give 4/5 for communication, shipping time, and the cost of the $18 expedited shipping. It was not expedited at all. I had to wait over 14 days for the seller to ship, almost 20 days to actually get the order delivered to me. The seller stopped responding to me, I had messaged asking for the status, on when the item will be shipped. So overall good, but I won’t order again due to this hassle.

Thank you so much! Product arrived home with everything included from the pictures in mint condition. IZONE albums are hard to find now. One of the photocards (Wonyoung) got stuck to the adhesive glue of a small envelope, so part of the edges got slightly damaged and torn. Otherwise, everything else looks good in the box. Seller was super nice and communicated well. Thank you!

The seller has shipped the album and other items relatively quickly and very well pachaged. They can be a bit hard to reach via messages, so communication would be the weaker point. However, their customer service was very good: they have promptly compensated for a mismatch in the contents of the bundle versus the # of items in the pictures. The pricing was vey good, and all of the items shipped were in mint condition. They also have free returns policy, so I would buy from them again.
