  Shipping was 3 weeks. The item was new and arrived as described. Initial setup required but everything now works so well. To anyone who ever complained about this device, you missed the pure genius within this product. Its by far the best phone I have ever owned for writing texts, and especially company emails on board airplanes. Seller is legitimate and an honest seller. This only belongs in the hands of industry professionals, not a phone for 'average "Scrolling" consumers'.

  Seller say that he send the product but it never arrived to me. Reason? I think all this people that use extra low cost shippment never sent the product and not respond if it never arrive and Ebay also. They never pay me the insurance and say that ia a problem between me and the seller.

  Hi, like I said previously, your phone is still in your country's custom waiting for you to provide a proof of purchase like receipt and/or pay custom taxes/duties according to the tracking number. Please contact your local post office for more information on how to proceed as they only allow receivers, not senders to deal with all the import custom issues. Please do so as soon as possible or they might discard your package after a certain period of time like one month from what I know. Thanks!
