My saddle blankets are beautiful and colors are just as pictured. Customer service worked with me so I could recieve in time for a show. I was a little nervous due to shipping from a different continent but it came earlier than expected. I'm very pleased with my experience and would definitely order from this seller again.

Item not as described. Quality bucking rolls were shown, but cheapies were sent. The adjustable tie leather is shown as quality, thick Latigo. The tie leather on these is thin and appears painted. It won't last very long. Seller did provide a full refund within a reasonable time. I might buy from them again, after I verify that I would receive exactly what is in the photo.

I guess it's my fault for missing the fact that the seller is in India but when I looked into shipping it back because I wasn't totally happy with the product, shipping would have cost me more than the item is worth and when I contacted the seller to see how he shipped it to me all I received in reply was: from: saza1641 (29YELLOW_STAR Star) "yes shipping cost from usa to india is costly." So, don't buy anything from this seller unless you are sure you want it.
