    Everything with the item was good however during the shipping the packaging was mishandled and the plastic front face got damaged beyond repair making the unit inoperable. Seller was very kind and generous about the situation offering a refund due to the damage not being repairable. Excellent person, just bad luck with shipping.

    Books better than described, and shipped promptly. Best aspect was the excellent packaging. Shipped in a box, each book individually wrapped in a plastic bag, surrounded with large bubble wrap. The seller even taped a strip of cardboard under the seam of the top flaps where buyers must cut the tape to open the box. The strip provided extra protection from accidentally cutting into the books. That's clever and shows the care taken by seller to insure items reached me safely. Thank you!!
