Absolutely horrendous job shipping a paddle as it arrived with the handle broken off. It was clearly a poor quality job packaging the paddle as their was a thin piece of carboard and some tape between the paddle and whatever forces are at work with USPS. They offered me a measly 25% discount for a broken paddle. What am i going to do w a broken paddle? I will not be ordering from this company again and I would definitely not trust any bulky items during shipping.
