  Item finally came, after a few weeks of delay. Most likely from the snow delay. Box was quite beat up, USPS retaped and wrapped up the box in clear wrapping. Items were ok at least. Seller had good communication. Good seller. Thank you.

  There was an issue with shipping and the secure delivery of the product, but the seller was able to make everything right. It is an amazing and beautiful product that is high quality and for a great price! As a buyer, I could not ask for the seller to have done better in responding to my concerns when 1 of the 2 shipments failed to arrive. The seller immediately responded and corrected everything! Very happy buyer on this end to have everything resolved and a great bed/frame in my new home!
