  Yeah, an excellent experience. Superb communication before purchasing, with the seller making every effort to help me out. Really fast delivery (DHL express) which is cool, but did lead to 50€ of import "duty". Its taken me a while to figure out the new interface as my previous NVR was from 2016, but now that I have, it is perfoming great. Very happy, bring on the baddies!!
