DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER... My mom purchased this cuckoo clock. Clock arrived no pendulum inside. So that means clock doesn't cuckoo . Seller asked us to send photos of clock box wrapping which we did that was two weeks ago. I gave them plenty time before i put this review on as i gave them a chance . They are now ignoring all messages and emils . So unfair my mom is 81 . A cuckoo clock that doesn't cuckoo..

This product was as expected. I will say that this product was dispatched very quickly but took a week longer than estimated to arrive. When I contacted this seller RZJ_Premium_Goods were on the case very quickly and contacted the courier, informed me of the situation and the product arrived the next day. I would certainly use them again despite of the delay with delivery.
