  Originally when I received my order one of window visors was damaged. After contacting then about the problem they sent me a replacement. The quality of product was excellent and the customer service was even better. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

  The vent shades showed up in a flimsy, beat-up, taped-up broken box & they were damaged, but the seller did give us a partial refund & allowed us to keep them. They had to be repaired before they could be put on & we had to buy expensive 2-way tape to adhere them to the truck. The seller was trying to be helpful & did offer different solutions to try to remedy the issues so that's why we're leaving POSITIVE feedback. Thank you much! :)

  Seller sent me the wrong part. I sent pictures showing both the old part and the new one, showing the deference between them. They admitted the sent the wrong part and instead of sending the right one, offered me $3 refund. I accept it because I already know this game. I knew I lost my money, that’s why I don’t spend real money on eBay any more. However, the sad part is that they never refunded the $3. 🤣 Be prepared to lose your money here!!

  Terrible customer service and company. DO NOT buy your products from them. Ordered a set of window visors, product arrived but the fitment was 6-8 inches too short. Packaging was labeled correctly for my car. Proceeded to ask customer service for a new set of visors, they said they would only be willing to refund me half of what the total cost was and to get it fixed locally…. Save your money, don’t get scammed by this company
