    I ordered a hard drive from Server Part Deals that not only was a good price for both the item and shipping but when It arrived it was well packaged and physically in like new condition. Upon powering the drive up I saw it had some bad sectors. I started a return, and the Server Part Deals people were very friendly and issued a refund promptly. While the specific drive I ordered had issues, I would still buy from the seller again in the future. Thanks.

    I bought two drives and they arrived in excellent condition, with an air cushion package for the HDD. Unfortunately, one of the drives was DOA. The seller replied to my DOA questions very quickly, but the drive was dead. At this point, through no fault of the seller, I had to go through the eIS process of ordering a new drive and returning the old one to eBay’s warehouse. Not a big deal, but as I was ordering a new drive, I was hit with $46 duty, which would’t have happened for a replacement.

    Items were as described, and packed very well for shipping. Unfortunately one of the ordered items was dead on arrival. Server Part Deals staff were very helpful when communicating with them, but as the item was shipped via eBay international shipping, eBay had to handle the returns. That was a kafkaesque experience. Because of Server Part Deals excellent customer service, I bought replacement drives from them, while waiting for eBay to process the return.
