    Somewhat disappointed after paying premium price the EBay side of a large corporation sent 3 new casters along with one disassembled used caster wheel. This is not what one expects purchasing quality German made items. Seller states dirty used packaging is their way of doing environmental awareness and possibly exposing one to who knows what pathogens. Sad situation after initially exchanging positive communications with an individual representative of this company.

    The other casters that are on eBay for less money are just plain garbage. I bought 6 casters from another vender who claimed what the weight capacity was but it was not even close. (Maybe the moon). These were mor expensive but they were made here in the US by this company. Everybody else is selling made in China garbage . I learned my lesson. This is a great vendor with great communication and I had them in two days. It almost makes me wish I needed more just to buy them from Service Caster.

    Return item was lost in transit. I paid eBay for the return shipping. Seller left it to me to resolve even though tracking was provided to them. Seller shared tracking info with me and it showed item was picked up from my house and lost in Sacramento. USPS was still searching for it. I received no credit and I’m out the purchase price and return shipping.
