    Had an issue with the quantity of spoons actually available, seller proposed refunding 100% of cost, but still sending the available spoon. I offered to at least pay the shipping costs, since that was to be a "real" cost on the sellers behalf. Great communication with the seller. Would not hesitate to do business again with this entity.
