Upon recieving my machine and finding the contents of the box were not as advertised, I contacted the seller, they looked into it and found out that the spec had changed but offered to send me the hoop size I was expecting. I Will always deal with this company first for its quality and value for money and the delivery service was excellent with the two delivery drivers helping out with the unloading and putting the machine in the garage many thanks.
