  Receive the catalytic converters and upon installation the connecting pipes between the headers and the cats where short about three inches even though it was a plug and play kit. Also shipping company didn't handle the package well and one side of it was opened upon arrival and some hardware was missing. I contacted the seller about it and he worked it out with me and gave me a decent partial refund because I kept the item and made it work on my vehicle. Seller was really helpful.

  I bought these to help my son rebuild an old Nighthawk he got. But I may have ordered the wrong parts so ended up needing to return them. The seller was very prompt with the refund. If I can make sure what bike I am rebuilding (perhaps simply a model issue) then I'll be buying from this seller again. Very polite and helpful and the parts were as described in new condition and the price was very reasonable. I just probably ordered the wrong ones and not the fault of this seller.

  Unfortunately, this product was never delivered. While it wasn't their fault, the seller was very responsive and offered a refund to resolve the issue. I've ordered from Shmoto before and have been very happy with them. I will continue to use them as my goto shop for motorcycle parts.

  Quality of the gaskets seems very good. Everything arrived on time and new like described. I ordered this kit for a 82 GL500i and the gaskets fit well and seem to be correct for my bike. I also had a small issue with the kit and the seller and they were extremely helpful and resolved my issue. Very helpful and polite.
