You item description says: "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging " This is not true. The item you said was opened, looks like it was used, dirty inside pacjkaging, missing a manual and warranty information and the outside, I requested a return and refund a week ago and every day you come up with a different excuse not to process my request. BUYER BEWARE, I have no clue why they have such good ratings but they should have the worst ratings. The pictures act

item is brand new signia not give the sealed packet in 20022 that is why it was not sealed and i paid the return charges we are not wrong any where so please dont write wrong.
