  My first purchase from Japan, and I am very pleased. The watch came exactly like advertised, in a pristine condition. The package was packed with care. Came fairly fast. This is the very first week of the new tariff implementation. It was kind of confusing, and I did have a minor issue with the US customs regarding import duties. however, the seller quickly jumped in and resolved it. Overall, this is an A+, great seller, highly recommended.

  Having purchased from DesignLabJapan before, I was highly confident that they'd deliver to me another well protected and packaged item. Trust me, they totally met my expectations. These guys do not miss! Item is a rare MD player that is not available outside of Japan, it works fully with all inputs/outputs tested, and sounds fantastic. Postage was quick and reasonably priced.   In a perfect world , this is how a seller should be. High quality product. Communication was prompt precise and friendly. Discription of item very good. Appearance of item better than expected. Packaging was up there with the best I have seen. Shipping from Japan to Europe in 4 days ! Very fair price and very good value.   I cannot say enough good things about my purchase. Communication was excellent - prompt and transparent. It was easy to tell the item had been cautiously cleaned. The 35 year old item looked as if it had never been used, better than as described. Much consideration was taken when packaging / shipping the item. Pieces of styrofoam custom cut to cradle the item. Gratitude for the shipping handlers was written on the packaging. The seller made the value of this purchase outweigh the cost.
