  The listing stated the seller was away so there would be a delay in reciving the item until they were back. But they still managed to get the quality item sent to me in a couple of days. A week earlier than expected, in undamaged, well packaged condition, to my very pleasant surprise. Their communication was excellent, and i recommend them.   Ordered this case, which is lovely and just as the pictured showed, unfortunately there was issue with the postal service but after contacting the seller to say it had not arrived, the seller kept in constant communication, offered to refund or resend, and when I asked for a another to be resent, the seller did and kept me updated all the way through. Would definitely order again.

Unfortunately, the item had arrived damaged from manufacture but, the seller replied to my return request within minutes with a kind and courteous reply.
