Posted an item that was discontinued/not in stock but did not notify me. After waiting over a week, I sent a message to the seller asking them when the item would be shipped and only then was notified the item is unavailable and asking if I would like a substitute item sent vs being refunded. Unacceptable that I had to contact the seller to track down why the item I already paid for gas not been shipped in ones a week.

I ordered this pen set, having purchased one previously. Before shipment, the seller told me that the item was no longer available; he gave me the option of accepting the new version/model item or canceling the order. I accepted the new model, but they are really cheap looking, and I regretted accepting the order. I paid too much for a dime store pen set meant to be a gift!
