It seems like it may have ben used a little but as it was clearly taken off the box and it didn't seem all the way full but all in all it seems mostly full so I am not stressing that. It arrived a day before it was supposed to so that was. nice. It also is a really small light package and I believe shipped domestically and wasn't shipped express so it shouldn't have cost $4.15. Otherwise it wasn't a bad experience for my first time using ebay.

I received this in a box from one of my beauty subscriptions. It was never used, so I'm not sure why it says that. I did take it out of the unsealed box, but never opened it. Regarding the shipping, I'm not sure if you've shipped anything recently, but prices START at $4.75 from the post office (not express or priority) for packages 1 to 4oz and go up from there, but I haven't revised my shipping costs.
