I received the manga quickly and it was well packed, and it even arrived quicker then expected.
Seller made sure to message me with proper tracking info and kept me posted too.
Honestly the only complaint I had was Fed Ex being annoying, but that's not the sellers fault, that's just Fed Ex being Fed Ex. The seller was great and the product was awesome to get, thanks.

In Japan it would be unthinkable to throw a customer's package, but unfortunately this seems to be the norm overseas...
So we pack on the assumption that they will be thrown.
If everyone thought about it and worked on it, it would be an unnecessary consideration, but we definitely don't want our valued customers to be disappointed when they receive the parcel they are looking forward to!
