While disappointing not to get the tools, the did Seller provided great communications and initiated refund without me having to initiate a claim.   Weird experience as I was given a delivered message, signed by someone I don't know, so I opened a claim with UPS. Package showed up the next day, but there isn't a place on the UPS claim site to cancel a claim. Parts are here, in good shape. Thank you.
