  The item was damaged. Several attempts were made to try to get this resolved to no avail. I was informed once it left her hands she was no longer responsible. I had to send the broken reindeer back at a cost of 36.00. I paid 107.00 for it originally and want that amount reimbursed. She wanted to send me another and the item was too fragile so I opted to be reimbursed. The USPS has tried to deliver it twice to no avail. She has discontinued all communication with me.
