  The Positive: The laptop was as described and was shipped two days after the order. The Negative: On booting the laptop keyboard didn't work and I had to go through restarting to make it work. 15 days ago I messaged the seller to ask for a solution but never got a reply. Eventually I was able to solve the problem by disabling fast startup, but found the solution by looking online with no help from the seller.
