  I would recommend this buyer. However, be careful, the local Canadian shipping fees was way too pricy. However, I had a halfway discount on the item. The figure is technically NIB, but as described and shown in the picture, all the accessories have fallen off. The boxed item is probably a 2/10, but would be perfect as a loose figure.   Excellent service. The vendor addressed my questions about faster shipping before placing my order. Due to the Canada Post strike, the vendor respected the shipping price and shipped my card through UPS, it took a week to be delivered because of the delays the strike has generated. The pokemon Lugia card is legit and it is 100% how it looks in the picture. Also, the packaging was in a box, having the card safe. I am happy to have purchased it with this vendor, and on top of all, within Canada!
