  To be honest, the book did not arrive. The seller provided a Royal Mail 48hr tracking number which didn't update beyond the fact it had been created and that Royal Mail were awaiting my parcel. My 5 stars is due to the fact that the seller was very prompt in responding to my messages, and when I requested a refund after 7 days - having given up and bought the book elsewhere - I was given a full refund immediately. Stuff happens. I don't know where my parcel is, but the seller dealt with it :)

  An error in packing resulted in me receiving the wrong set of books . However I’ve been delighted with the customer service and am pleased to find the order has now been corrected and is on its way. All resolved within 6 hours of reporting the error.
