My order shipped out wicked fast, arrived quickly and was packaged just well enough. These shoes were as described but unfortunately were too big for me. The seller provided excellent communication and I'm satisfied with the return process. I recommend ordering a size down with these shoes as they don't have the usual padding that other Puma shoes have.
