  The app and the product are very good. High standards but the delivery is catastrofa. I was at work in the day with the delivery. The driver left my package at number 36 my neighbour but he text me that he left it at number 170. I called to the delivery company Yodel and the girl ho answered told me that the package is at number 34. By the way number 170 doesn't exist on my street. At 5 o'clock my neighbour knocked on my door to give me the package. Sow thank you Yodel for nothing

  Some issues with the initial courier who first said it was a large package (one pair of trousers) then the item was undeliverable 🤷‍♂️ the service i got from the staff was second to none first class communication and things were dealt with promptly and efficiently 😁 I'll happily shop here again though I will request a certain courier not be used

  Great description and very quick to post. Please stop using yodel though. They are awful. Stayed in waiting for delivery. Knock the door and run. No note left. Back to depot 40 miles away. No option to drop at store or locker. Have to wait in again today for next guy
