Was not due to damage in shipping because no damage to package or packing material. So someone at vendor managed to damage item -- they will know who they are. Fess up!

    Positive buying experience with the seller. Unfortunately the item wasn't working as manufactured. From the date the seller testing the item was working to the day receiving the scan engine on my end the scan engine didn't work. The seller backed their product and refunded the purchase price. Definitely 100% would do business in the future with this seller.
