    There was an issue with the product arriving damaged but it was sorted it out very efficiently & quickly after Steve stepped in, which was reassuring and great service. - The problem was easily avoidable by simply packing orders better, in more appropriate packaging, which I hope CE-Direct will take on board as an opportunity to improve their service and prevent future issues.

    Didn't receive the extender, even tho it stays it comes with the extendable arm in the pictures and in description. Messaged the sender and they have not even messaged me back. Doesn't actually fit in my car without the extender so I need a redund
