  Experience was great, seller was very helpful when contacted and came in great packaging. Recieved and upgraded keyboard and worth the price. description wasn't completely accurate but it was some minor details. No problems with shipping on sellers end. Laptop looked used as described but not that used. Shipping was a bit expensive given living an hour away from where it was shipped.

  The drive arrived packaged very nicely and was shipped on time. The drive works as advertised and I’m pleased with the purchase. The shipping cost was a bit high, but the price of the drive when combined with the shipping was still lower than comparable drives on eBay. I’d buy from this seller again.

  I bought this laptop because I needed one for myself to deal with my daughters homeschooling. I ordered this one from sonomaresale and was directly messaged saying if anything was wrong with it to please get ahold of them. The laptop arrived quickly with 2 day fedex shipping. The laptop was packaged great with bubble wrap to keep it secure. I had already had my own charger so I charged it up and it works great! I will happily keep buying from this seller!
