    Three new CD's in a posting have been lost in the postal system, all the sellers postings at that time have been lost, I'm told - The seller was very quick to apologise and a full refund was given - Not the sellers fault - I was able to re order one of the CD's in stock and would be happy to use him again - Good comms and a very fair seller with good prices and a long history of selling on ebay - Thank you

Arrived on time, I think the seller's 1st class stamp acting as a 2nd class large letter stamp by Royal Mail judging by writing inked on the padded envelope. Problem free for me, thankfully.

    I received 3 cd version rather than 4 cd newer version;in super quick time;I messaged the seller regarding this;the seller apologised that listed wrongly and they only had 3 cd version;very kindly they refunded me the price of item and said I could keep the item;that was shrink wrap hence brand new.The entire process with communications was very timely and efficient as well as getting refund.Very impressed with seller and will definitely purchase from them in the future.Very Many Thanks.
