  Excellent packaging service. The phone box came sealed (new!) & with everything advertised (charger, cable, ejector pin, papers). Surprisingly, it doesn't look or feel cheap; great value for the price! Was going to use for a temporary experiment, but now with it on hand, I'm reconsidering getting more out of it ;) Thanks once again for the delivery!

  The sellers description stated new in sealed box. The item i received was not new in a sealed box. It was an open box item at best. The seller's description is fraudulent. Buyers beware. I contacted the seller they offered a measly $20 partial refund or return for a full refund. I returned the item for a full refund.

  Item arrived quickly. Was packaged securely. Was new as described. Was supposed to be Verizon locked for Verizon prepaid, but I could not get the phone released to activate either online or by phone. I had to go directly to Verizon store and spend almost 2 hours getting phone to work.
