On sellers advice, began the refund process through portal. Having never returning an item previously, did not know that I had to arrange Aust Post courier not directly at Post office so cannot complete this refund claim. It’s only AFTER one tries to make a claim, one knows much more about what should be done, including photos pre and post.

The item is worth almost $400 you would think the seller would put some initiative to do the right thing and take responsibility. The seller seemed uncaring and couldn't be bothered. We paid for postage too that means the seller had no reason to not send the item. If its your warehouse issue go sort it out, get better staff or get better in managing your store. Don't buy from seller.
