Several attempts to contact the seller for the wrong item received. I didn’t open the item until I was ready to install I’ve spent the winter rebuilding the motor and the Item received was a black unit when listing states chrome. Also the listing says condition is new however packing list states refurbished. Not only out the $ for the wrong item but the black one I received I could have purchased around $100 cheaper. Would not do business again -10 stars.

Weird seller. You leave items in cart and they send you a price offer (discount). You ask them to buy more at the same price and they deny they would ever sent you an offer. You send them a screenshot. No response. You proceed with the purchase (at the discounted price). You contact them again. No response. Then you receive the item and it comes damaged due to bad packaging. You write them again, no response. I don't know what to think. I'm being nice to them and giving 4 instead of 5 stars.

The product was great, just as described & at a good price. But the communication & customer service could of been a little bit better. Even after I messaged them & told them that they had the wrong phone number (a previous number from 5years ago) they gave that wrong number to the shipping company who wasn't able to contact me for 5 days.
