  Salad plates arrived broken. Set up a return with the seller and packed up everything to go back. Then I get a message from them asking where the mugs are (which were packaged right on top and should’ve been the first thing they saw in order to unpack the rest of the shipment) and then we’re saying I lied about the plates being broken despite the plates being sent back, broken, and I sent a photo of damage before the return was even initiated.   When we received the package, one side of the box was clearly damaged. I opened the box and found one cup was broken into several pieces. I reached out to the seller and asked for a partial refund due to the damaged cup and they agreed! I believe the damage was due to the shipping carrier and not the seller, but I appreciate their willingness to assist!
