My china arrived ahead of schedule but the handle of the sugar bowl was broken off, and the tea cup was smashed. I contacted the owner right away and requested a partial refund. He immediately responded and refunded the entire purchase. I was relieved and impressed. I believe more packing in the box would have prevented this. Four stars for excellent customer service.

This guy is lost--it took forever and way too much time to resolve the issues of toy sent with battery acid (not noted in listing). Was going to give an OK rating even though he'd messed up as it appeared he was trying but in the end, I had to contact eBay AGAIN to get the refund as he would not simply issue it as he stated he would.

We at Spoon Winnipeg are sorry you had a bad experience. I will take a moment to point out that the delay in your getting your full refund had to do with eBay's putting a hold on the case until January 5. On the morning thereof, I contacted eBay and the refund was processed at the earliest possible moment. Inasmuch as the item should have been better cleaned, it was tested and worked, but you refused to even try testing it, let alone take 5 minutes to clean it.
