  Pack of two multicoloured pens in strong plastic package delivered on time. However, one pen was damaged. a plastic strip separating 2 colours was broken and a piece missing, causing some colours to jam. There was no damage to the packaging and I can only assume it left the factory like that. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent another pack of 2 pens which arrived a few days later. I have no hesitation in highly recommending the seller Quality2Door.

  The item arrived promptly. The Royal mail had put it into a plastic bag because it showed signs of leaking oil but on opening the padded envelope the plastic bottle and appeared full with seals unbroken so the leak was minimal. I had no cause to contact the seller. Thankyou.
