  I’ve contacted the seller six times, they have sent me two different vents that were shipped in plastic bags, and that were completely crushed and unusable. Plus the vents were supposed to be 15.1 inches across the top as shown in their advertising photo. The vents I received were 13.5 inches across the top and where unusable Now they want to refund me $12 I paid over 30 for the vent
