  AVOID THIS SELLER. Item listing was a complete Bait & Switch. The image appears to have been taken from another eBay listing. Item received was not even worth 10% of the price of the item listed. Seller states I changed my mind and asked for the refund before package received yet I included a photo of the box with the wrong item as part of the initial refund request. Refund request met with a $5 discount offer and the above mentioned lies. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Seller should be banned

  this buyer is a lier.. he boughtand changed his mind.. after.. and lied to try and get a refund.. don't sell to this buyer.. as you see.. I don't have any problems except scammers like this buyer

  Sir: eBay has intervened and rendered a decision in my favor. Everything I have presented is accurate and time stamped. eBay transaction dates are accurate. USPS tracking is accurate. What is not accurate is your commentary. You should be ashamed of yourself for your misrepresentations. Every negative feedback on your profile is the customer is lying and you are perfect.   Listed as an RCCA ELITE. Seller assured me it was an ELITE. Once diecast model arrived, it definitely was NOT an elite. Instead it was an Action ARC, which is the cheaper more generic version of the car. The seller refused to satisfy the issue. Called me a liar multiple times, refused to accept that they were incorrect. Very rude, argumentative and unreasonable during conversations. I will NEVER buy from this seller again.

  From the get-go I offered to return the return the item I would give him his money back he's very rude beware of this buyer I blocked him from my profile because he was just extremely rude I mean nothing else I could do would accept refund the the item I don't agree with him about the elite status of the item code because that's the way I bought it I used the same profile that where I bought it and I paid a lot more money than he paid for the item so you judge it but beware of this buyer because
