Great Customer Service and Honest Seller! Some accessories pictured weren't included but I contacted seller who was very nice, went out of their way to put things right & was very understanding. I was happy with 50% refund but seller sent full refund for the inconvenience and a genuine apology for the mistake - they honestly believed the items pictured (stock photo) were included in the box. I would have full confidence purchasing from seller again in future. Thank you for a positive experience

Extremely poor seller. Sold a battery operated toy as ‘new’ which had leaked and rusted all the metal contacts so unusable. This was a Christmas present for a 6 month old so I could not open the packaging upon receipt. Contacted the seller immediately after it was opened and was told I had been purchased more than 15 days ago (was purchased mid Nov) so they would not refund me. Pretty negative comms too. Very disappointed … wasn’t even interested in seeing the damaged product they had sent out!

No photos were sent , but as eBay rules state I don’t need to refund until I receive the item back to be checked , item was working before despatch which was 30 days before the buyer complained , she demanded for a refund first , I tried to explain the policy but she didn’t want any of it , the policies are in place for a reason , the item should have been checked upon delivery
