    I was returning an unopened package.I went to do a return and somehow it got canceled. Now it will not let me do a return. I asked the seller for help to do another return. Seller acknowledged my return got canceled with no further comments.  disappointed in the seller.

    The buyer opened a return and messaged us, saying they had canceled the return by mistake. We replied, informing them that they could still return the item and provided the address to send it back to. Then the buyer left this feedback—we’re not sure why. We are very easy to work with, friendly, and do our best to help resolve any issue that may arise.
