    This customer in Germany ordered a watch battery. I filled the order within 1 day and used eBay's Global shipping. Government restrictions in Germany returned the battery and I did a full refund the same day I received it. It's not my fault that it was restricted and did not deserve to get a neutral feedback. "If you don't have nice to say, don't anything at all"
