About us

We buy $2,000 of new and used items each week that are available to list in our store. Every item that we purchase for resale is carefully inspected, stored in a clean scent-free environment, and when ordered shipped (mostly) with eBay branded shipping materials and packaged carefully so items arrive safely to our buyers. Items we sell come predominantly from two sources. The first is a weekly auction the sells mostly collectibles from high-end estates with SOME new items. The other is a warehouse company that buys overstock from national retailers (the retailer has too many to store in their own warehouse and so they auction excess inventory) or "shelf pulls" (the retailer no longer wishes to sell the item due to any number of reasons i.e. the item is seasonal or they just want to make room for different items). After inspecting items, items NOT in good enough condition to sell on eBay are donated to various churches/charities to ensure our buyers receive the best available.

I suggest "buyer beware" & avoiding this seller. The camera I bought was listed as "working condition" but arrived with a broken battery contact & a lens infected with fungus, plus improperly packaged in a tiny box with just a thin layer of bubble-wrap. My messages describing the issues (with photos) requesting a partial refund due to "not as described" resulted in one terse reply to return it. It's too much bother to return, so I'll keep & repair it. But avoid this seller, at least for cameras.

Sellers. This buyer was offered to return the item if they were having any issue and wanted us to reduce the cost down to nothing and then keep it even though item was sold at a steep discount. He's just trying to get something for nothing and when you don't agree to his refund demands, leaves negative feedback if you don't give him back most of his money. Claimed he was having an issue connecting his batteries when we just tested this item with new batteries prior to shipping the item out.
