    I had a disappointing experience with this seller. The item I purchased was not as described in the photos, so I requested a return label. The seller claimed that providing a return label was "complicated" and refused to send one. When I followed up, they accused me of abusing their return policy and even pressured me to leave a positive review despite denying my refund or return. Thankfully, eBay intervened and issued a full refund. This seller's practices are very dishonest.
