    The return process was difficult. The seller didn’t provide a return label at first, and I had to get help from eBay to obtain it. The item arrived damaged, with a Canon cap instead of the original ZEISS cap, and it was different from the pictures in the listing. Additionally, the issues with the item were not mentioned in the description. While I appreciate eBay’s assistance, the experience with this seller was disappointing.

    hi,could you recheck listing pics and video,canon cap instead of zeiss cap is meaningless to me,lens was zeiss cp2 USED lens,this lens was with pics mount cap.please recheck pics and video.ebay give 3 days to handle it,i will on time finish it.this lens was selling usd 1200(ebay cheapest),i was net profit usd 100.I am selling USED lens.please careful check pics and video.this is not new lens.
