  In my opinion, it took quite a long time for the seller to send the goods, but otherwise everything was fine. It was in a box that did not indicate that it was an original product, but let's hope it is. It looks great, but it has not been used yet.I don't evaluate communication, because none was needed.

  Sadly the item that arrived was not the same item advertised (almost the same but no securing clip to hold scorecard which is the whole point especially here in Scotland where the wind blows all the time) . No communication whatsoever to my 2 emails concerning the different item BUT I did eventually get returns label and a speedy refund, but alas not a word from the seller. I know it's only a £4.85 item but customer service costs nothing, and brings back customers, which i won't be doing.
