That’s a lot you’ll say… but I’ve ordered from other sellers and had had half the packaging, but I received broken parts. Also very communicative!

    Excellent seller. The object was exactly the right one (MAF sensor for Mercedes), works great -- my old one was faulty, I changed it and everything is fine now. The seller took a little time before sending it but he responded immediately when I contacted him and sent the object very quickly after that. The transport was quick and the object was well packaged. Great seller.

    I ordered NGK cables and the parts were well packaged and arrived intact, however the length of the cables was slightly different from what I expected based on the item description, and one of the four cables I wasn t able to use. After communicating this to start245, they took a few days to consider the situation and refunded 100% of what was paid for the product. You can rest assured doing business with this seller that they will stand behind the products they sell.
